MY WORLD

My World©

I travel through

What feels like time

And space between

Atoms, Adams

Hominids and Floras

To find only an illusion

Of what is

Designed by another

To be known as

Whatever I Choose

The Life I Encounter

Is My World

My Space

My Time

Relative to

My Experience

Of Which I Define

Engage

Reflect Upon

and Re-Define

as My Choices

become Decisions

that Yield Outcomes

More and more to My Liking

Author of My Life

I Travel the World

And Witness My Story

Unfold More Wondrously

than plot-predicted

Universally Orchestrated

Harmoniously in Tune with

Self-directed Thought

Realized through Inspired Action

A Joyful down steam

Journey of Repetitive Ecstasy

Past time

Past space

In line with Travels of Choice –

My World

LIFE PAST STRUGGLE

LIFE PAST STRUGGLE©

I bought the bill of goods

That life would be a struggle

A war against evil

One plagued with societal ‘shoulds”

A long list of ‘don’ts’

Promises of ‘won’ts’

Assumptions of what is or

is not appropriate

I tried so hard to fit

Into my parent’s good graces

Family and educational expectations

Acceptable career choices

Those that pay the bills

Void of passion or creative skills

No matter, as long as I pleased

The powers that be

Unknowingly, I’d become

A good worker-bee

That was a life-less-lived

An unremarkable reality

disconnected from my own source

with no one to blame

but me

Now is a new day

A life without struggle

I am still alive

But now among the living

I quit efforting for anything

I embrace new thought

One of certainty over doubt

I am free to live inspired

Action is my creed

Passion for Profits

Fun for Fulfillment

Focus for Financial Abundance

All in the direction of

Whatever I desire

Life, Past Struggle

is Self-Directed

Peaceful, Productive and

Phenomenal

BEING ME

Unconscious is against the nature of me

Awake is in-line with life sublime

I Am links to my now

All that matters,

that with which my spirit resounds

In a Magical Universe

I am the Genie

In control of all I can -

Me in form

Mistress of the land

Ruler of paradise

Consciously Creating

Me

Myself

I

Connected to all

But, Just Being

Me

Think We Are Different

You thought that you were so different

Until you met someone much like yourself

Maybe in a dream

Another lifetime

A nightmare

Or a drunken despair

He had no legs

She was missing feet

The little boy was blind

And the girl, due to Alzheimer’s

had lost the memories in her mind

From war, everyone lost someone they knew

From famine, the body count seemed infinite

Global Pandemics made for disparaging averages,

‘Lucky to be alive,’ even in sadness, united

Making death the unifying factor,

   among seemingly opposites

Still think we are different,

Universal Laws, laugh at human ignorance

The indifference of intolerance

Coupled with natural disasters

Eventually yields a oneness

And unveils the pettiness of unnatural dualities

Hell-on-Earth has a way of debunking

the concept of Big-I’s and Little-You’s

Sheds light on the darkness of

  racism, sexism, and nationalism,

Luminates deep seated hatreds

  fueled by clannish cultures,

  unjust laws, one-sided traditions and

evil people who hide behind the good of religious principles

Darkness only prevails in the absence of light

Think you are so different

Does the Earth have to swallow itself up

in order to change the hearts and minds of its inhabitants

Maybe.

And maybe given a few more tragedies

  You will think again.

New Thought:

  One Planet

  One People

  One Peace

Connected - All Lives Matter!
